New Glutamine production in China but is quality up to standard?

There is new production of Glutamine in China and prices a bit lower but how is the quality ?  Recent quotes show a drop in prices but suppliers not so forthcoming with GMP or other quality certificates.

In Europe it is near mandatory to provide quality certificates GMP or HACCP, ISO 22000 or BRC. Many end users are reluctant to approve sources who cannot provide these.  Meihua the traditional supplier, can provide all of these and this is reflected in a premium on their product.

Other future pressure in the UK market will be 20% VAT on sports products in October.  A number of companies have petitioned the UK VAT man it does bring tax in line with other supplements.
